Blonde bombshell Jessa Hinton is the Playboy Playmate of the month for July. Don’t let the beautiful looks fool you my friends there is more to her than just a pretty face.
i was lucky enough to do an interview with Jessa, who is a California girl through and through. She is one busy girl who is taking it all in stride.
Rachelle: Congratulations on being Miss July! How did it come about that you were awarded that honor?
Jessa: A friend of mine who is also a Playmate had submitted my pictures to Playboy. I went to the mansion for a test shoot and it’s all been an awesome ride since then.
Rachelle: What was it like seeing yourself in the famous magazine?
Jessa: I love the pictures they chose. It’s so exciting to walk by newsstands or book stores seeing the issue there. I’ve been receiving so much positive feedback from everyone.
Rachelle: You recently hosted the Playboy Comedy Show at The Lounge at the Palms Casino what was that like?
Jessa: I’ve never laughed so hard in my life. They pick the best comedians to represent Playboy. They had me up on stage for some skits. I really enjoy being goofy .
Rachelle: Can you tell me a little bit about your background, your family, where you grew up etc?
Jessa: I grew up in Southern California and am the eldest of five children. I was a gymnast and also coached gymnastics. I was home schooled for high school so being accepted into the Playboy family really means a lot to me. I have so many girl friends/sisters now.
Rachelle: Tell me a little bit about the bikini you are designing for Affliction?
Jessa: Affliction and I have so many things in common so teaming up with them has been amazing. I’ve always customized my clothes or made them different somehow. I have been creative and designing since 13, since modeling, I have tried on/and wore so many different articles of clothing that I know what does and does not work for my body. My swimsuits (Affliction by Jessa Hinton) are going to be made of the highest quality fabric and crystals. They’ll be both beautiful and unique.
Rachelle: You are also part of The Palms Casino Resort’s Ditch Fridays. How did that happen?
Jesssa: I was a Bunny/cocktail waitress for The Palms and Playboy. I was approached by The Palms to be the face of the face of their Ditch Fridays. I was on billboards, flyers, menus, posters, room keys, commercials, etc, such a fun experience.
Rachelle: Can you talk about what it is like doing interviews for Top Rank Boxing?
Jessa: At first I was nervous. I had already been hosting for poker and I follow MMA a lot so I sort of knew how to interview boxers. The crowd of /fans for boxing is way different than MMA. Talking with Sugar Shane Mosley and Manny was one of the coolest things I’ve ever had the chance to do. They are so humble and funny. I will never get tired of being around boxing, such an amazing sport.
Rachelle: What is next for you?
Jessa: I have so many things going on that my goal is just to keep moving and thank God everyday that I’m doing what I love. I am looking to get more involved with charities, that is a priority for me.
Rachelle: What words best describe you?
Jessa: Funny, dorky, Tom boy. There are three good ones!
Rachelle: Is there anything else our readers should know about you?
Jessa: I’m just thankful for all the support and fan emails/letters and I am so appreciative for everything. Please keep them coming.
